This brake kit is designed to fit only on our 4 x 2 plate casters & 4 x 2 threaded stem casters. All compatible plate casters part numbers start with a 146 & end either with a 420S or 420R ; if it s ending has 420SB OR 420RB , the brake kit is already installed.
